Does SCWCD help SCEA preparation?

Hi,
I just need to get some advice... I don't have much experience for SCWCD & SCEA, should I study for SCEA first since there are books available for SCEA while there's no new SCWCD 1.4 books available yet?
Somebody told me it helps with SCWCD, but there's no new books for the new exam yet, is it worth the effort to get SCWCD in praparation for SCEA?

BTW, why u need concerning about the new exam?
SCEA is based on J2EE 1.2 (EJB 1.1). Thus, if you study for the new exam, it does not suit.

That's a good point, looks like I should study SCEA, otherwise the new SCWCD will mislead me designs... for example, in EJB, BMP is superior than CMP in version 1.1 but not in 2.0.

Hi Chee,
In the past, since CMP is not mature (when I first come across it using VAJ 3.5), the container did not do a good job on maintaining the transactions, thus, we prefer using BMP.
Nowadays, containers become more and more powerful, and thus, the old problems have been solved. As such, CMP becomes recommended, and even, BMP is NOT allowed anymore in Entity Bean.
However, if you dont have much real life experiences on Enterprise system design, you may find tough in studying or working with the assignment. Since it is not only requires you to have technical knowledge, but also design issues.

Hmm, need to get clarification on this...
For EJB2.0 entity beans:
Bean managed Persistence: allowed
Bean managed Transaction: not allowed
Container managed Persistence: allowed
Container managed Transaction: allowed
Can somebody please clarify this ASAP? I am taking SCBCD exam this saturday
