Should there be one consolidated class diagram for complete assignment or can we split into multiple class diagrams ?

Hi Kishore,
Though the asssignment spec says you have to deliver one class diagram, There is nothing wrong if you deliver more than one. One consolidated diagram would result in a very large sized diagram cluttering a huge amount of space and will reduce readability. So if you want to break your class diagram, it is allowed to do so provided you give proper reasons and indicators in order to maintain the consistency and continuity for the evaluator.

Hello,
Which sub parts do I have to create for class diagrams? I am little confused about how to split class diagrams into categories. Are there general guidelines about this such as 1 for ejbs,.. so on?
Thanks
Murat

Diagrams can become quite large especially if you use lots of interfaces (interfaces are good ja, so use plenty ). Perhaps it could be wise to break up a large diagram via a few interfaces. UML 2 specification could help you with this problem.
