We have all read here that sequence diagrams should be simple. But how simple?

For eg. a seq diagram has the following steps:
- choose initial data for search itineraries
- system responds with flighs
- choose flights
- reponse with seats
- choose seats
- confirm etc

So, each of this step involves calling servlet, service locator locating session and entity beans, creating respective VOs etc.

My question is do we need to show details for
- location of service
- getting EJB handle
- and other details that repeat in each of the above step
