Your ServiceLocator component is used Web Tier and Business Tier. If you have 1 component diagram, will you show it once or twice?

I think there's no problem to repeat the same component in the diagram. I'm doing this. I have divided my component diagram into 3 different ones.
As I know, component diagram has to show the components and the dependency among them.
You may say that your Service Locator will be used both in web and business tier.
In real life, I would make a single .jar for Service Locator and place it inside the .ear file. So, it would be a common component for all tiers in the application.

Pls note it cannot be 1 EAR. Web server (450) and App server (E10000) are different. Or the web components (servlets/jsp) are also deployed in App Server?

Yes, you're right.
The web components will be running in the 2 web servers.
What I meant is that Service Locator can be an independent component, serving both web and business components.
In my project, Service Locator is a common class, and it is a singleton.
