I have tried adding stereo types to sequenece diagram and I really hate Rose for it. . It made my object so ugly. the stereo type would not get deleted any other way except by removing the entire object and it deleted all the related object messages as well. The stereo type name overlaps . If you havent tried .. I suggest add an object for testing only and add <<StereotypeName>>to the object name . Rose does magic here . The stereotype disappears from the test dialog and appears overlapping with the object name. Double clicking on the object also doesnt work since the stereotype name is not visible to be deleted. Only way to remove the ugly combination is to delete the entire object.
I hate Rose for IT.

Can some please suggest me an alternative to show stereo types in sequence diagram using Rose.

Thanks
Dhiren

After using Rose for about five years I totally appreciate the problems you are having and the frustrations. I better choice would be not to use Rose - its simply too annoying!
