HTML Documentation using Microsoft Word

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
I am getting close to the finish line and am starting to work on documentation. I have noticed that some ranchers have used Microsoft word to prepare the required documentation in the HTML format. I didn't know that Word was capable of doing that. I am using Word 2002.
I have just started experimenting with creating web pages using blank HTML pages and wizards. The resulting source code worries me. It is got all sorts of Microsoft stuff in it. My concern is: if the examiner uses some other browser than the Explorer to look at my submission, and if the browser can't deal with the generated code then it could be a problem. On the other hand, using word is much simpler and convenient to create the deliverable documentation and be done with it.
Any advice is appreciated.

I started the doc using Word too, I can use Mozilla to open it, it seems OK.

I tested the word generated html file with 3 browsers - IE, Mozilla, Netscape and it worked on all 3 without any problems.
