Hi,

I am working on my Component Diagram and is getting quite big and complicated. I was planning to split it into many diagrams to make it more readable. I read that some people did it this way and had no problem, however the requeriments mention "create a component diagram".

Some other people who passed the exam, used very few components. I guess they made a very generic diagram and mentioned that it applies to every view/command.

I will really appreciate comments and suggestions,

thanks,

Geoffrey

Hi Geoffrey,

Yes, there were a lot people who delivered more than one component diagram. MOstly, they delivered one component diagram for each use case.

I started the same, one component diagram per use case. Now i try to put all stuff in one component diagram. I have not finished it yet. In case it looks good, I will go for that.

I made one component diagram with all possible details and got full marks.

Good Luck.

Hi Deepak,

Wasn't it cluttered? I was planning to simplify my model (using composites).

Thanks,

Geoffrey

Hi Lucy,

I am doing it the other way around. I started doing one diagram, but now it is cluttered and hard to follow. I decided to create a Package diagram with some modules and from there explode to component diagrams. Similar to Code's case example.

Thanks,

Geoffrey
