Hello

Can I understand from the requirements :
segment is the product that FBN sells ?
itinerary is "a built-on-demand" composite product (from segments)?
product = trip or portion of a trip
or second definition:
Itinerary= trip reservation
Segment= flight reservation
Sure, the BDM should be extented, but there a risk to break the requirement, if the concepts aren't well understood.
Please, help...
Charles

Hi Charles,

I'm working on part 2 of the SCEA exam and currently working on understanding the terminology. What did you mean, The analyst is really a bad guy ! such traps....

I understand segment to be the same as a flight reservation and itinerary to be the same as a trip reservation.
