Hi Guys

I have completed
SCJP
SCJD
SCBCD
and am almost finished SCWCD

I haven't had a great deal of experience with J2EE as a whole.

Will I be able to do the SCEA? I want better understand the whole architecture.

I am familiar with UML design and have plenty of Java programming experience.

Thanks

I think you are more than ready to start!

May be this is a biased reply because I have pretty much the same certifications

Just try! What have you to lose? Just time? Mostly SPAREtime.

Hi,

It is doubtful that anyone starting the SCEA will know everything there is to know in order to pass and, in my opinion, I believe that Sun expect the students to learn about a particular area of weakness to show that the student has the ability to research and apply thier conclusions.

My advice is to use the SCEA as a learning path and use it to extend your knowledge on any area that you feel you are weak upon.

Good luck,
