I read a description of EJB containers in J2EE Sun Certified
Enterprise Architect for J2EE Study Guide from Paul Allen & Joseph Bambara which is

"... An EJB container manages the execution of all enterprise beans for a SINGLE J2EE application. ..."

I do not agree with that! Why SINGLE??

Actually you can deploy several enterprise applications
on a ejb container .. so the container is able to manage
the execution of enterprise beans for a bunch of j2ee
applications, or not??

Ok, it is only possible to deploy a definite ejb
only once on an ejb container .. but you can have
many enterprise applications which are completely independent
and have nothing to do with each other deployed on one
ejb container so the container is not responsible for a
single application.

Please help!
