I've passed the SCBCD exam and i'm excited by the SCEA exam. Are there any study guides similar to the head first ejb for the SCEA exam? Is Head first design patterns made for the EA exam with coffea cram exams, "watch it" etc?

Morten,

I have never seen any headfirst books for the SCEA exam really. I don't they exist for this one really.

Some have suggested "Mastering EJB's Volume 2".

I suggest Mark Cade's book. That's a great place to start and work from.

Sincerely,

jason

Well, I think you already got as much of an answer as you're going to get.

There isn't any one "Head First" book that'll really cover what you need to know to take the SCEA. Part of it is book knowledge - a multiple choice exam - but most of it is the practical assignment. I personally used the Cade book for most of my prepwork, but there's nothing that really will help as much as practical experience. :-\

There are a few other books mentioned in the links in the forum - take a gander and see how they help you while you're preparing for Part I.
