Hello everyone,

I am now in the Very Long Pleasant Wait phase of the SCEA process, which, as reported by many of you, takes some weeks.

I thought perhaps, just for the sake of entertainment, some of you who passed all the 3 parts would be willing to reveal how their part I exam score compares to the part II/III? Maybe there is a trend that shows what mark I (and others who are waiting) should expect?

As to myself, I passed the part I with a score of 89 (5 wrong answers).

Cheers,

Dmitry

"Very Long Pleasant Wait" depends on how Prometric gets around to sending your materials to the assessor and that person getting off their rear. My wait was atypical.

As for the answer: I got a 79 in my Part I, and a 71 on my Part II/III. I don't know that the exams really predict grades for parts II/III - I'm sure that there are times where I either managed to revise my Part II to get rid of a bug or added new errors in... who knows.

Hi Jeremy!

I was just checking the certManager while writing this response to your message and my results are in! And guess what! It is 91!
Apparently there IS a trend

LOL. I can not believe it. This is such an awesome trend. 89 => 91

I got 91 on part 1, and then on Part 2/3 got 56. I resubmitted and scraped through with 72. I have to admit that I found the whole experience pretty traumatic. Part 1 (where the score was much higher than I had dared to hope) convinced me that I was pretty good. So you can imagine my shock when I got the Part 2/3 results.
Even now, some months later, it still bugs me. If anyone, who got a good result on Part 2/3 would be kind enough to look at my Part 2, and tell me what I missed out on, I would appreciate it (angus.morison@fr.unisys.com).

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
