After reading the assignment (like 15 times) I'm not really sure that I understand the requirments. I hope someone can correct me if I still understand it wrong:

There are two requirments, one is having a GUI application which can be used by the travel agents. This application will replace the current terminal one and the travel agents must be able to use this application for booking a flight and looking into the FFM system (in case the client wants to pay using FFM). The second requirment is having a web GUI which does the same as the new travel agent GUI, but it is used over the web by the custommer directly.

Do you guys also understand it this way ? Or am I misunderstanding something here...

Hi

Your understanding is correct. The travel agents use a standalone application and customers use a web based application to book reservations.

Thanks
