Hi,

please view the example beneath. Why not let the container do the transaction stuff .

I believe this is one of those questions mock exams are blamed for. With the information provided you cannot choose one transaction type over another.

Hope that real test doesn't include questions of this type.

Hi Pavel,

more confusing to me, concerning BMP/CMP and BMT/CMT, is the fact that the SCEA 310-051 exam objectives does not say anything about the EJB version.

But that's the point to above mentioned issues. I've seen in JavaQueries mock exams that they mix up things.

I hope that in the real exam they will mention which EJB version they mean.

Dear Draya
first Congrats about your certifications you really get them very fast.
according to HFEJB page 490. there wrote that BMT is bad and when you have possibilty to use CMT use CMT instead.
In this example:1)you don't need to reduce your tx scope(method scope is good)
2)you don't need your tx open across multiple invocation of client

so you don't need BMT

Hi Reza,

I remember that quote from HFEJB, however they refer to EJB 2.0 and I am not sure whether the mock question means EJB 1.1
