Hi Guys,

I am working towards taking the first part of the SCEA certification (the multiple choice part) within the first half of January; I have been studying all the various sections to prepare.

I have been using WizLabs exam simulator 4.0 and have been getting an average mark of about 85%, what I would like to know is, from anyone elses experience, what sort of level is the Wizlabs simulator at? Is it close to the real exam? Is is harder/easier?

Basically to measure my progress and rate how ready I am for the exam, what does an 85% average on the Wizlabs simulator mean in terms of the real thing?

Any comments and advice is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

James.

i found it to be a very realistic measure of how well I did.

The only problem can be if you get too used to one set of phrasing.

Whizlabs - I found the simulator useful, UI is dazzy and very user friendly with very few bugs.. But the entire set of questions are in public domain. Not sure how someone could violate copyrights and keep those questions along with their resume on the same website

And if one scores 80% in Whizlabs exams, there is high probability that they will pass Part 1. Not because Whizlabs quizes are good, but because SCEA Part 1 is very monotonous with a very limited question bank.

Whizlabs is giving 30% off of their exams for limited time. I dont have the exact email they had sent regarding the details. You may contact Shwetha at this email ID s.bashani@whizlabs.com

PS: I am no way connected to Whizlabs
