I passed the part 1 exam yesterday with 85%. Missed 7 out of 48 questions, in Legacy Connectivity, Protocols, Messaging and Common Architectures. They are mostly the multiple choice ones that I did not get all the choices right.

I wanted to do this, 2 years ago and did not have time or enough motivation. I took this week off from work and prepared for about 30 hours over 5 days. I have used this forum to gather a lot of information to prepare for the exam. You all have inspired me to go ahead and do it. I have been playing the role of architect and lead designer for the last 2 years but did not have a chance to use EJBs in actual development and therefore spent most of the time preparing for the EJB topics of the exam.

Those who are still contemplating, JUST DO IT. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT AT ALL.
