Hi,
I prepare myself to the part 1 exam. What about the exam questions? Does Sun update them periodically or not? What EJB version is used in the exam questions?
Regards,
Alex

Hi Alexander,

Its still EJB 1.1 on the exam. I did the exam last week and everything I learned on this forum was still true. I don't think SUN really updates the exam questions that much.

For instance, I read that you don't get any questions where you have to recognize a design pattern from the UML, and this was indeed the case on my exam. I only got questions to recognize a design pattern from a description.

Cheers
Erik

It's not so much a matter of "not updating much" as that Sun doesn't update the exams without warning. Until they say otherwise, you can assume that the information they have on their page, including the specifications for EJB, aren't going to change.

Don't wait, just go for it. I asked the same question almost 2 years back but there're still no updates to the exam.
