I don't understand how work the three part of this certification.
Part one is like the other exam, but the other two parts?
And... there is a limit of time to take the other part after part one?

Part 2 is an assignment. After you upload the assignment to Sun' site you will have an essay exam which asks on your uploaded assignment.

In Part 2 they will give set of use cases , requirements etc. you will have to design the application by including class,sequence diagrams etc. After you upload your design you can take up part 3 which is an essay. There is no time limit. Unless you take up part 3 part 2 will not be evaulauted. I recommend you take part 3 within a week after you upload part 2. That is what I did .

After i take the part one , i can take part two or part three after an undefinied time .

Another, question:
What consist the essay (is it a verify of an assingnment?)?

You can part 2 any time after you take part 1. Part 3 is not a problem. You dont need to prepare for it. If you know your design well it is no problem.
