Hi, all

I haven't any experience about Perl, CGI, but I want to known when system was developed using Perl, HTML, CGI and an Oracle database.

In general, where should the business put into.
(as store procedure or as function writen by perl)

Could someone give some suggestion?

Hi Si,

I think that could be a good aproach, dont think in this question, and fix the following thing in you head: "You should access the system to get information about the mileage account".

Based on this, you know that the EIS tier of the frequent flyer miles subsystem, is an Oracle Database. You are free to access it by an JDBC connector, and retrieve every single piece of information. So, it doesnt matter where are the business rules of this software, just worry about access the information requested.

One big tip: Think about in the Fast Lane Reader pattern for this
