Hi,

I cleared SCEA part1. Got 87%. I think the actual exam is much simpler and less ambigious than some of the mock exams there.

I am having one question for you khosa, I am working to take up the exam next month .I am doing it for nearly 4 hours a day is it enough .

4 hours is more than enough.:-). Particularly if you have prior J2EE experience 1-2 hrs a day should be sufficient

Hi,

I've 4 yrs of exp in J2EE.I've completed SCJP 1.4 and SCWCD 1.4.
Based on your exp,can you please tell me which one is better, SCBCD or SCEA???

You should be all set for SCEA. Books that i used were:

UML distilled, SCEA book by Cade, EJB by Ed Roman(this is a really great book for EJB) and SCEA book by Allen/Bambara.

One word of caution - lots of online mock tests have wrong answers, so please use your judgement to believe in the answer they are saying as correct one.
