Is following book enough for Level 1 exam?

The book is "sufficient" if you have enough architectural experience and you just want to refresh.If you are new to architecture, my recommendations are
UML Distilled, Martin Fowler
Design Patterns, Gamma et al and/or Head First Design Patterns
Head First EJB OR Any other good EJB Book
EJB Design Patterns, Floyd Marinescu

And more over Some test objectives such as Legacy connectivity and Messaging have been totally left out in the Cade book.

You definitely need Cade's book for the second part of the exam.
