I have to admit that I didn't spend too much time in the preparation, I think less than 1 month, with more study hours on the weekend holidays.
It was quite hard to get started with the preparation even though having consulted the advice here because all the exam objectives seem to be familar but yet don't know how dealth of the knowledge is necessary for the exam. Finally I got started with the GOF books and read the design patterns deeply.
Then I followed some notes (e.g. in the yahoo
scea groups) for my preparation and use some free exam simulators (the one in
www.moelholm.com is really excellent) for pointing my faults and then study more on those faults.
That's all~
Now it is time to take a small rest and then get to prepare for part 2~
