Hi Ranchers,

I have a doubt regarding sequence diagrams. I am drawing sequence diagrams per use case basis and if you take either prepare itinerary use case or change itinerary use case , there are some pre conditions that user has to login with a valid userid & password and should be a member, if not a member the create profile use case is executed. Do we need to show the sequence of operations getting executed for both these scenarios while drawing the sequence diagrams or is there any smater way of showing, the reason being I am planning to show sequence diagrams ofr login use case and create profile separately. Please let me know if my approach is not correct.

This issue was discussed quite a bit recently - try to search for these posts.

Well, I have created a specific sequence diagram showing the Login and Create Profile and used the "ref" frame to reference it inside the other diagrams.
