SFSB for travel agents

Hi,
I have been reading arguments by Durga, Dave and Dan on this topic. Does the SCEA assignment not talk about only making the "View Frequent Flyer Miles" function swing/java application compliant?

Why would we use SFSB for this purpose? Granted that the travel agent probably has to login to access this information but this is not tied to a customer session in any way. All that the TA needs to do is check frequent flyer status for a given customer. So searching for a customer and viewing FF miles seem to be the only two functions and these appear to be stateless.

Should we assume that the TA performs all functions with a java application or is it combination of web and java app?

Do you see any issues with using both SLSB and SFSB for the interactions?
