Can I get assignment (step 2) before completing step 1 exam

Hi,

I wonder, if I can get started on the assignment (step 2) before completing step 1. In other words, can I work on the multi-choice exam and assignment project at the same time, and just make sure I complete step 1 before I submit step 2?

I am eager to start working on code, which is why I ask this.

Ask one of your friends to give you jar file containing assignment.
To download from Sun you need to have part 1 completed.

Hi, the part 2 assignment requires you to design & architect a real life J2EE project. No coding is needed for the deliverable. If you prefer coding, suggest you to go for the developer exam (SCJD) first.
