SCEA for EJB2

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
I have started preparing for SCEA a few days back. I have a strange question in my mind. For the EJB Questions, are they still using EJB 1.1 or moved to EJB2.

I am getting a feeling this exam may expire soon, as EJB2 has been here for a long time and EJB3 migh be release soon. Then they would probably update the exam, and then we might have to take an upgrade exam or similar.

Any comments on that ?

Thanks !

Hi Mansoor,

SCEA Part I will test you only on EJB 1.1 spec. For part II and III you are free to use EJB 2.0 if you like.

Regards and good luck!

Any info on Sun updating to the Latest EJB Specs ?

You might want to browse the forum in the future before you ask a question - it's likely been asked time and time again. In this case, this one certainly has been, since SCEA has not been updated in a while.

There are discussions apparently about upgrading the exam to Java EE 5, but since a query for experts on certain portions a month or two ago, we've heard nothing from Sun. The exam would likely be updated next year at the earliest.
