Hi All,

I saw in mock exams we have either multiple answers (with check box option) or Single answers (with Radio button option).My questions are

1)In the real exam for a question with multiple answers do they specify the number of correct choices like (choose two or choose three) or we have to identify it?. The reason why I am asking because if the questions are tough we can eliminate the least possible options based on the number of correct choices mentioned.

2)What is the % of Check box option and Radio button option questions.

Thanks
Lala

It must be just like the SCJP I would guess. You are told the number of correct options. If it is 1 you get radio buttons, else you get check boxes

Guys, will there be any method level questions in part-1 exams, something like the below example because I was told that SCEA is all about concepts rather than APIs. Please confirm.

Which of the following are valid methods for a TopicSubscriber?
A. receive()
B. receiveNoWait()
C. receiveWait()
D. receiveSync()

My opinion is the probability of asking questions of this type is very low.

The SCEA is aimed at different set of people.The question type you are talking about is more of how to implement the language API's which would be tested in a SCJP exam.
The SCEA verifies your understanding of J2EE rather than imlementing it.
