Hi,

Am preparing for SCEA exam and bought the token and Whizlab Simulator 6.0.1 around 10 months back which has 7 Simulator tests. Apart from studying various books, is that sufficient to practice with 10 months old Simulator or do I need to purchase one with the latest version that has got 9 Simuilator tests?

Please help.

Just check with Whizlabs as updates are free once you buy licensed version.

I don't think the version of the simulator is that important compared to the concepts you've learned from your readings. The simulator would just give you a feel of the real exam but your mastery of the exam objectives and concepts should come from your readings (and experience). Your 10 month old simulator should suffice.

You could even pass the exam without using any simulator at all

Good luck!

Hi,

I had prepared with the version 6.0 of the simulator and took the test in 2006 and I found it perfectly suited to part 1 and passed. The exam questions have not been updated in the meanwhile AFAIK, so it should be sufficient.

Dear K Socrates,

I want to tell you that the product you have has 9 mock exams as in the current version. Please note that the 9 exams include 1 Diagnostic and 1 Final exam in addition to the 7 Practice exams.

So, please be assured that you will have sufficient practice for the real exam.

Thanks Wei-ju for your kind remarks.

Best wishes,
Pradeep
