Hello!

I'm about to take part 1, and just wonder if using any technologies like Spring or Hibenrate in part 2 would pose any threats to succesfully completing SCEA
Has any one of You SCEAs out there used anything different from core J2EE patterns, critisised Stateful Session Beans, used lightweight pojo containers instead in your designs?
I'm not very keen on all J2EE options, especially EJBs, and would use totally different technology options in real life, but would I benefit from doing so in part 2?

Thanks in advance!

I am certain someone else has asked this question before. check further back in the forum's threads.

That said. the exam is about J2EE patterns and technology. The whole point of the exam is to correctly choose and apply J2EE technologies.
