I came across a site which shows the SCEA Part II deliverables.

Is it legal to post Part II deliverables to public?

Please share your thoughts.

It's a violation of the testing agreement to post the SCEA Part II deliverables (or in fact, the questions and/or answers to any of their exams) - it's part of the terms one agrees to when sitting for one of Sun's exams. (Most certification exams have similar terms.) So no, it's not legal.
