Hi there,

I've got my score and it's actually higher than I expected: 93%

Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition Technology Part II (310-061)
Date Taken: 2007-03-12 21:39:20.027
Registration Number: o65dtt5025
Site: mi9
Grade: P
Score: 93
Comment: This report shows the total points that could have been awarded in each section and the actual amount of points you were awarded. This information is provided in order to give you feedback on your relative strengths on a section basis. The maximum number of points you could have received is 100, minimum to pass is 70. Class Diagram (44 maximum) .......................... 39 Component Diagram (44 maximum) ...................... 42 Sequence/Colloboration Diagrams (12 maximum) ........ 12

A few points: my design wasn't technology neutral at all. I used struts and EJBs 2.x (CMR). My class diagram reflected my technological choice.
My rich client design was based on the following articles: http://javaboutique.internet.com/tutorials/Swing/ (Part 1 & II)
I guess I lost a few points because of that

Business Domain was my biggest problem. Eventually I found a good resource and I'd like to share it with you:

http://www.opentravel.org/2006A/index.htm (http://www.opentravel.org/)
Look at their complex type definitions and you'll be able to come up with a number of classes

Also you can look as SABRE's web services site that is based on OTA schemas (https://reuseregistry.sabre.com/customer/)

Last weekend I bumped into this book at my local B&N outlet:

Expert Spring MVC and Web Flow (Expert)
Publisher: Apress (February 21, 2006)
Language: English
ISBN-10: 159059584X
ISBN-13: 978-1590595848

One of their examples is a flight reservation app. It's not perfect but it might help. (download code from apress site)

It a great forum and it did help me a lot. Thank you all!

http://javaboutique.internet.com/tutorials/Swing/ (Part 1 & II)

After reading "Struts meets Swing", I think this article is great.
It provides a solution about how to integrate heterogeneous clients with the same backend server application.
I learned something new.

Thank you, Leo.
