What are the ways of meeting the following requirement?
The requirement is:
It says that the Sequence diagram of Change Itinerary includes Prepare Itinerary Use Case.

Do I need to include all the classes of Prepare Itinerary in Change itinerary sequence diagram?

Or, what approach should I take?

Hi Sam Gehouse,

Actually, I have the same concern.

I think the Prepare Itinerary is serve for creating the whole Itinerary (not for segment). So in my opinion, we cannot include Prepare Itinerary Use Case inside Change Itinerary Use Case.

Did you find the solution on your side. Or someone please give me some hints

Maybe I will assume that FBN want to do thing similar to Prepare Use case not dedicate to Prepare Use case.

Thanks in advance.

At least for that example the referenced use cased isn't until the end. A simple note at most I think would be sufficient.

You'll need something similar in another, worse case where the Prepare Itinerary mentions "System prices the itinerary" before the end, which implies the Price Itinerary use case.

There is a 'ref' operator for frames that we can use (UML 2.0).
