Number of diagrams to provide in assignment?

Is it important to provide ONE class diagram, ONE component diagram and FOUR sequence diagrams as described in assigment instructions.

In my opinion it could make sense to split diagrams in order to make them more legible.

Hi. There is no requirement to have only one diagram for classes and components and only four diagrams for sequences. You can split your diagrams into many. For example I have one class diagram and one component diagram becouse it was good for me. From other hand i have each sequence diagram splitted into four-five diagrams - one for each step in use case (I got 12/12 for sequences).

You can present them any way you like as long as:

1. Your diagrams describe a solution that meets the requirements
2. Your diagrams conform to UML standards
2. Label and describe each diagram
3. You explain the manner in which you present your diagrams

For the most part, even the most radical of assignment submissions will most likely contain a logical set of diagrams.
