Hello one and all!
I've made the decision to embark on the SCEA certification and have looked through many of the links to useful resources from this site. (Excellent site by the way!) However, I'm struggling to find what might be termed the definitive reading list for the Part 1 of the exam as there seem to be so many conflicting opinions on some of the recommended books (Mark Cabe's for example).
My experience of development including Java goes back many years and of design/architecture around 5 years, but with web/Java-based content management systems not with "real" J2EE. Hence I am using the preparation for the exam as a learning tool.
I have UML Distilled already, but can anyone suggest a good book list for someone of my limited J2EE experience?
Many thanks
