What does the 'my thread' function do?
I can think of things I'd like it to do, but I haven't taken part in the forums at jguru etc.

"my thread" is that you can see all of the posts by myself ,no matter what forum they belong to,i have found this function in your website:
click "view recent post" in my profile page,i suggest you would better move it to the first page of the saloon.
