You can use anything you like to produce the deliverables.

Just to be clear there is no coding involved. You need to design class diagrams, component diagrams and sequence diagrams. Have you downloaded the assignment ?

I used StarUML and I was quite happy. You have to try all the UML tools and then it is on you which one suits you the most.
I wish you good work during designing of UML diagrams. It took me 3 months of midnight hours :-)

HI

i have exactly similar problem. However i am not very good with ant scripts. can someone please show me how to add lines to my ant script so it will undeploy/deploy the war's?

There are no WARs involved with this project.

When creating an architecture for an app, I tend to do some prototyping, but this either sounds like a mispost or an overboard prototype. If it is the latter, I would say that you should reassess your prototype.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
