I emailed SunCert@prometric.com,suncert@thomson.com,correspondence@prometric.com
but had no reply.

Anyone knows who and how to contact/report about this?

Thanks.

BTW: I'm in Sydney Australia.

Thanks. I got reply from the address.

The problem was the record in Sun CertManager Database at http://www.certmanager.net/sun wasn't up-to-date, it says pending while https://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment/assignment.html shows passed two months ago.

Interesting to know that such things happen in Sun Education and the process being not streamlined yet after years. I know others who faced similar issues too.

hmmm... same here. I noticed this only after two months and pointed it out to prometric. They fixed it immediately and sent the cert to me on priority A. I guess there must be a bug in the system

And excerpts from another reply from Certification Customer Service that I have posted in

They seem to be keeping up with bugs since years without fixing it. What a mockery !

Well, knowing that I am not the only one caught makes me feel better. Really annoying though.
