I can only think that the e-mail from prometric went to your junk folder. Make sure that the e-mail address on your prometric profile is correct.
I passed, but my status is also still in "Tested".
You could try sending an e-mail to SunBeta@prometric.com with your prometric ID, the date you took the beta and see if they reply. Being a long weekend and all in the US, you might get a response only on monday
I checked my junk emails and there are no mail regarding that. To double check it I just modified my personal data on the prometric web site and instantly I received a mail from Promotric saying that "Your data's has been updated successfully". So I believe they haven't send it to me.
Don't know whether its an automated process or manually sends the mails to the beta candidates. Anyway I drafted a mail to Prometric regarding my issue. Lets see.
