Hi,
Just i started preparing for the SCEA. I bought a preparation kit from Whizlabs. I found that the Whizlabs EJB questions are from EJB 2.

Actually which version of EJB is used in SCEA(CX-310-051)? V2 or V3.0

Thanks and regards

Muthu

The current SCEA assumes knowledge of EJB 1.x. SCEA 5 Beta has been updated to also test your knowledge on EJB 3.

I used EJB 2.1 resources when preparing for SCEA part 1 and got all the questions on EJB correct (given very minimal EJB background prior to taking the exam) so I guess it's perfectly ok to read EJB 2.1 specs even though the questions were created for EJB 1.x.

I also found the chapters regarding Entity Beans and Session Beans lifecycle from the SCBCD Study Guide book very very useful.
