SCEA5 - Cannot use existing coupons?

Dear all,

I just surfed the Sun website and found that the cost of exams have been changed.

CX-310-052 MC US$200
CX-310-310A Assignment (quote)
CX-310-062 Essay US$200
CX-310-053 Upgrade US$100

I have purchased the coupons (US$150x2 + US$200x1) last year and will expire in July 2008. Is there anyway I can use those coupons in the SCEA exam?? Or I should take the old SCEA exam first and purchase the upgrade coupons?

Yes you can. All you need to do is login to Prometric and choose the new exam. If you already registered the old ones, cancel them first, then register for the new ones. I emailed Sun and asked this question, they said as long as the money amount is the same, the code is not exam specific.

my question was $150 coupons for the MC of the SCEA old exam, but the new exam costs $200..... so, my coupons cannot be used?

Sun is not selling these coupon anymore. I need coupon that is purchased in US as I am taking exam in US.
