Is it fine if we have the class diagrams, component diagrams and sequence diagrams as GIFs and zip them? Just to make sure since the instructions says "jar all html files".

IIRC, and this is thinking back about 6 months, you need to have an HTML file that links to each of the images and contains the written information they were requesting.
