Hi,

I'd like to know which material would be recommended to study SCEA 5 certification topics related to Internet atacks, like Denial of Service (and others), and Cryptography.

The old books (J2EE 1.4) about architecture are good enough about these topics?

Thank you.

I would like to work your question in Security. There is now nor never will be in any short-term future a good-enough for the basic question. There may be accepted standards of knowledge for the risk-arena, but for every countermeasure there are thoughtful, sometimes persistent people who will spend their life trying to do attacks when it would be simpler, cheaper and easier to just get a legitimate job.

How these people stay away from death by poverty is a challenging thought experiment, but I would read several books no matter what any one paticular book says.
