Hello,
I recently purchased the Whizlabs SCEA 5.0. Get the following error when I tried the Learning Mode
"Runtime error 5": Invalid Procedure call or argument"
The error is persistent on both Win XP & Vista. Any insight on this issue is much appreciated

Hello.

I installed the simulator and after some days I got a runtime error.
I wrote to support@whizlabs.com they suggested to install a service pack for VB6.

That doesn't work but I realized that I installed Kaspersky antivirus after the simulator.

I uninstalled the antivirus and the problem disappeared.

May be this can give you some idea.

Greetings.

Jose Juis,

thanks for the info, because I have the same problem and I have installed Karspersky Security Suite too. Before, I had installed another security suite and the Whizlabs Preparation Kit SCEA 5 run successfully.

I'm waiting for an advice from whizlabs support.

Mikel

Guys,
I contacted the Whizlabs support and they fixed the issue. I dont know what the problem was, but after a week the support guys emailed me saying the issue is fixed and I should reinstall it. Whizlabs works fine now.
Thanks
