SCEA Part 2 Upload rights not available

I am not able to upload the assignment. Getting the below message:

"You do not have the rights to upload that assignment. Press the "Back" button on your browser and try another assignment. If you feel that you should have the ability to upload, please email us at [email protected] for assistance."

Tried sending message to [email protected] and [email protected]. Have not received a response from them.

Does any one know of contact information of any specific person in SUN that I can call and get the upload rights ?

Am currently in Gurgaon/India (if that helps) .... have to appear for Part 3 tomorrow (voucher expiry) so desperately trying to upload this today.

How long ago did you send your email? It takes a few days, sometimes, for a response.

Two days is what is the expected time. However,it did take a bit more than that in my case. It could be delayed due to other reasons - dont worry it should be on its way...

Man email again and again and again until you have a good response.
In my case only two days to set up the priviligies

Thanks for all your replies.
I finally got the reply just an hour earlier before part 3. So all good there.

Here is my suggestion to others so that they do not face the same upload problem.

Whether or not one has upload right can be verified when the link is sent out by Sun to download the assignment. If you see the upload button then that means the rights are there and no action is needed. If the upload link is not visible do not wait for your assignment to complete, simply send the email to sun and get it resolved.

In general, going through other email threads, sun responds in 1-2 days (for me it was 1 day).

by the way .. I completed part 3 too ... went pretty fine ... so finger crossed for the result ....
