In SCEA5 Part2, it asks
"List the top three technical risks you have identified in the project and identify a mitigation strategy for each risk." and
"Listing of any assumptions made during the process of coming up with the architecture and design."

How can I write them? Just listing everything is ok, isn't it?
Now I have written something like
1.***
2.***
blah blah...
but I feel it may be so simple.
Can somebody give me some advices?
Thanks

Hi Vince

I have also posted a question on this topic but didn't get any replies from anyone yet. I am wondering if you were able to identify any sources which provide a good example on this area.

Here is one source I found on this subject
http://www.ing.iac.es/~docs/ins/das/ins-das-23/risks.html

I'd like to find more sources on this.

Hi there,

I am thinking the risks are concerns like "how to provide strong visual feedback", "how's the interface between stock management system and my system", etc.

What do you think?

No, those are not risks.

Try to search about Risk Management, an example of risk (not a technical risk) is a specific developer might sick (because he has health issue).

You need to write risk mitigation strategy as well, and yes just listing them is all right.

My assignment specifically said "technical risks" which I would interpret as any technical issues like not meeting the NFR due to bad code etc!! Check out this link Click Here
