I am new to J2ME and so started to read the JTWI specification. But i found that reading that specification also required some domain knowledge of mobile applications. Can anyone please suggest some other links/books which can help me understand J2ME from scratch ??!??

There's actually other threads in this forum already that are discussing that exact topic. Be that as it may, to answer your question, I believe the second edition of Wireless Java by Jonathan Knudsen was highly recommended.

Thanks Theodore.
I am really very because I am not able to find even a single book from where I can start my preparation.
I will try to get this book as soon as possible.

What about opening up a yahoogroup on SCMAD to prepare for teh exam as we saw for other sun exams? I won't because I am already heavily involved in JPGroup, but would like someone to take the responsibility.
