I am currently preparing for the SCMAD exam (taking it on Feb. 24). During my SCJP preparation, I found some of the exam notes prepared by the patrons of JavaRanch to be extremely useful.
So here's my humble attempt towards paying back the JavaRanch community.
I will be constantly updating the chapters in this page. Please let me know if you find errors so that I can fix them.
As you have noticed, it is a work in progress, which hopefully will be completed around Feb. 16 (my target date for first revision).
I have currently added 2 chapters.
Please keep checking back for the next few days for more topics. Hopefully it will be one per day.
I'm currently making some mapping and quick reviews too.
I hope that'll be available in few days.
I'm trying to make some mock questions too.
Later (in one day or two) I'll post something for everyone rate.

I have added one more chapter - chapter 10 - MMAPI 1.1. Please let me know if you find any errors or if you have any suggestions.
i am unable to download notes for Game API and JTWI. When i download them i received an html file
If you have cut & pasted the link to your PDF directly on a browser, you will only get a redirect page, which is probably what happened here. I had to have this mechanism so that auto-downloaders cannot be used to download the files.
Please use this link to download the files.

I have also added another chapter - Chapter 5 - MIDlet lifecycle.
Please let me know if you find any errors or if you have any suggestions to make the content better.
I think the link to Chapter 5 is not working... Could u please check it out again? Thanks a lot....
I have added another chapter 4 - Networking to the web page.
Please click on the Adobe icon to open the file in the browser and use the "save button" inside the Adobe plug-in to save the file. Do not right-click and save. It won't work.
Thanks again for all the feedback.
I have added an "Addendum" and "Errata" section in the webpage. Please check that regularly.

I was looking your Exam Notes and saw that the number of questions in the "Introduction" topic is set to 160. I took the exam yesterday and the correct number of questions is 169.
