However, they are no longer giving away those really cool pins.
There is this plastic card, that states that you are certified in the SCMAD. But it is not really anything that you will carry around, collect, or keep.

Is the pin missing from your kit, not used for this exam, or not in use anymore for any certifications?
Here's a quote in a way old message from Evelyn.
The beta is scheduled for 4 hours and will be available worldwide at all Prometric testing centers. There are approximately 160 questions. If you pass the beta exam, you will receive your full certification package (including a lapel pin, ID card, business card logo and the certificate
itself) from Sun upon the formal release of the certification in the spring of 2004. The cost of a certification voucher is normally $150.

Hi,
I received my kit today and it contained everything (A nice pin, a cool certificate, a card, and 3 letters congratulating me for passing the exam).
The pin was way in the bottom of the packet. Make sure you did not miss it.

Got 73%, happy enough to get this result.
However, it's totally unexpected that I scored 50% in RMS, while 100% in Networking.

There will be a form, come together with your cert. kit, if you fill it, and sign it and mail back to SUN, they will email the link and password for downloading the logo.
However, I found that SUN is now standardizing their logo. When I got the logo and pins for SCWCD and SCMAD beta, I found that the logo and pin for them are in fact the same as SCJP.
