Which J2ME specification should I study?

There are several spec like CLDC,CDC,etc. Which one should I study for scmad? Or, all?

Yeah, you need to read several specs...
Here they are...
MIDP 2.0
CLDC 1.1
WMA 1.1
MMAPI 1.1
JTWI 1.0

And don't forget to code and run, using J2ME Wireless Toolkit 2.0...

But, how about specs of CDC/FP/PP/PBP?

No, u don't need to read those specs for the exam... Just leave them...
