Just curious... If there are, shoot some questions... It's really exciting to see this forum active... Well at least for me...

Hi Ko Ko,
Hey count me in too, cause I want to do the exam before the 31st of March 2005, Have already started studying as you know. The office work is delaying me, but that is not an excuse I have to work hard and find time, so let's make this forum very active

Don't worry... If you got 2 or 3 hours per day just for the preparation, it would be alright... But don't try to stop somewhere in the middle and do it again... You'll might need to start from the beginning, if u do so...

So all the best for your exam...

Ko Ko Naing ..let me ask you something else from a different perspective...
Do you think that a certifiction ScMAD woudl be useful from a career perspective for a non developer ..like somebody wanting to gain expertise in say ..testing of mobile apps?

Have a Nice Day !

William,
Same old question as before...

Whether a certification would benefit one's career or not is unpredictable... But your question is a bit different than others'... In my own opinion, passing SCMAD exam makes me feel confidence and it covers many portions of J2ME field...

In response to your question, I would say that it will definitely help mobile applications testers, since the exam covers several fields related to J2ME... Especially in performance review in using RMS, Push registry usage and registration, trusted applications issues and MIDlet-Permissions and MIDlet-Permissions-Opt usage...

So I would say that knowledge gained from SCMAD is really valuable, while I cannot guarantee about the career perspective of the mobile app testers...

Hope it helps...

Hi All,
Even though we want to get Sun Certified MAD ppl, seems like no one is working for it very hard, or am I mistaken, ppl are so intelligent and has no questions to ask, we know everything.

Since they are going to be MAD, during preparation they are almost mad with the exam objectives...
